This afternoon, I headed into the breakroom at work. Occasionally, someone will leave various items on the counter. Today when I walked in, There were a box of Asian treats. At first, I had no idea what it was. The Box said “Kuo Yuan Ye Gift” so I pulled out one of the treats and came to find out they were shortbread. There were Pineapple, Mango, Coconut and Strawberry. Of course, there looked to be no nutritional info whatsoever. I figured, why chance it, I have no idea the carbs and not worth spending the time to figure it out. Oh well, at least the box looked pretty…..
